Q: What areas do you service?
A: The Cottage Medical Centre is based at 222 Torquay Rd, Grovedale, so we service all of Grovedale and the surrounding areas of Belmont, Waurn Ponds and Marshall. Wherever you wish to travel from, we are happy to provide you with our professional GP service.

Q: What are your medical clinic hours?
A: We are open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, which makes us ideal if you are looking for a family doctor.

Q: Do I need to make an appointment?
A: Yes. We are a busy practice so bookings are essential. Call us on 03 5241 6129 to book. If your situation is assessed as urgent we will try to get you an appointment the same day.

Q: Do you have a woman doctor?
A: Yes. See our GP team as we have two women doctors. Dr Rachel Cameron specialises as a maternal health GP and Dr Michelle Zhang is a doctor who deals with general health issues, including maternal health.

Q: What do I do in an emergency?
A: If you need help for a life threatening emergency, such as chest pain, severe breathing problems, shock, major trauma or blood loss, call 000 for an ambulance.
